All transfers, on both plans, are end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The key lives in the share link and never reaches NovoSend's servers.

What's not in the price

  • No per-transfer fees. Send as many transfers as your daily limit allows.
  • No bandwidth charges. Downloads don't count against anything.
  • No credit card required. Free signup uses just an email.
  • No long-term contracts. Pro is month-to-month or annual. Cancel anytime.
  • No AI training on your files. They're encrypted before they leave your browser — even NovoSend can't read them.

Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever. It includes 5 transfers per day, 2 GB per file, 5 GB total storage, 7-day expiry, and custom branding with a small NovoSend badge on the download page. No credit card required to sign up.

Can I switch between Free and Pro?

Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time from inside the app. If you downgrade to Free, you keep access to files that fit the Free limits — anything beyond stays accessible until expiry but cannot be replaced once expired.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel Pro at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro features until then. No phone call, no retention scripts.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're within 14 days of your first Pro charge and used Pro lightly, email [email protected] — we'll refund it. We don't make a habit of refunding active heavy use of the service after the period ends, but we'll always talk to a real person.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the local payment methods Stripe supports in your country. NovoSend does not store card data.

Is there a team plan?

Not yet. NovoSend is currently a single-seat tool. Team and agency plans are on the roadmap — email [email protected] if you have a specific need and want to talk through it.
